Maple Salmon Recipe

The salmon with maple glaze is wonderful and incredibly simple to make. I chose to use maple syrup in the marinade because I adore it in everything. My spouse, who had never been a lover of salmon, absolutely adored it.

Materials

  •  1/4 cup maple syrup
  •  
  • 2/fourths cup soy sauce
  •  
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  •  
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  •  
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, ground
  •  
  • 1 lb. of salmon

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.

  3. Salmon should be divided into 4 equal-sized fillets, then coated with the maple syrup mixture and placed in a shallow glass baking dish. Salmon should marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, turning once halfway through.

  5. Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

  7. Salmon should be baked uncovered in the baking dish for about 20 minutes, or until the flesh flakes readily with a fork.
