Zoodles with warm Caprese

    Required Ingredients for Zoodles with warm Caprese

    • Olive oil, two tablespoons
    • 1 (10 ounce) basket of halved cherry tomatoe
    • five medium zucchini, spiralized.

    • 1 (8 ounce) jar of cut-in-half small mozzarella balls
    • 14 cup of thinly sliced fresh basil
    • Balsamic glaze, two tablespoons

    STEP-1

    • Over medium-high heat, warm up the olive oil in a big skillet. Add the cherry tomatoes and stir quickly for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the tomatoes barely start to soften. Add salt and pepper along with the zucchini noodles. Continue to boil, regularly tossing, until zoodles are cooked but still firm to the bite, about 2 to 3 minutes.

    STEP-2

      • Add cheese and basil after taking the pan off the heat. Coat by tossing. Zoodles should be divided among 4 bowls, then balsamic glaze should be added. Serve right away.
