- 3 peeled, pitted, and mashed avocados
- 1 lime, squeezed
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 diced Roma (plum) tomatoes
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper, ground (Optional)
Preparation
