Ingredients

  • 3 peeled, pitted, and mashed avocados
  •  
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  •  
  • 2 diced Roma (plum) tomatoes
  •  
  • ½ cup diced onion
  •  
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  •  
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  •  
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper, ground (Optional)

 

Preparation

STEP 1

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine avocados, lime juice, and salt; stir in tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic. Mix in the cayenne pepper.

STEP 2

  • Serve immediately, or cover and chill for 1 hour to improve the flavor.
