Air Fryer Pakoras Recipe | new recipe

By air-frying rather than deep-frying your pakoras, you may enjoy all their wonderful qualities without feeling guilty. The yoghurt dipping sauce is essential. The traditional Indian fritter known as pakora is almost always perfectly deep-fried. Pakora are frequently hot, loaded with vegetables or onions, or both. I'm using Mazola Corn Oil to prepare this heart-healthy, non-fried variation of the Indian pakora in the air fryer since February is heart health month.

Preparation | Direction to prepare air-frying pakoras

Step-1

  • In a sizable basin, mix the cauliflower, potatoes, chickpea flour, water, salt, garlic, curry powder, coriander, cayenne, and cumin. Set aside 10 minutes to relax.
Step-2
  • Set air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Step-3
  • Cooking spray should be used on the air fryer's basket. Flatten 2 tablespoons of the cauliflower mixture after spooning it into the basket. As many times as your basket's space will allow without the pakoras touching, repeat this. Spray some non-stick spray onto the top of each pakora.
Step-4
  • For 8 minutes, cook. Cook for another 8 minutes after flipping. Transfer to a platter covered with paper towels. Use the leftover batter to repeat.
